ceni training and support services
As an evaluation service located within the voluntary/community
sector ceni has a specific remit to develop the
capacity of organisations to effectively plan, manage and implement
monitoring and evaluation.
ceni’s training and
support service is designed to:
- raise awareness of evaluation and develop understanding of
its purpose and use
- develop knowledge and skills in self-evaluation
- support participants to apply and integrate evaluation systems
into their work
- assist participants to develop and improve their monitoring
and evaluation practice in order to provide better quality information
to managers and funders
- assist project staff to effectively plan and manage the commissioning
of external evaluation.

ceni has extensive experience of delivering training
and customised support within the voluntary, community and statutory

Training delivery options:
ceni offers a range of training and support. These
include introductory training courses with customised
options and in-depth training packages which combine
training and support to assist organisations to more effectively
plan and implement self-evaluation into their working practice.

Skills and expertise:
ceni has had several years of experience in the
design and delivery of a broad range of training and customised
support packages. ceni is an approved provider
of Endorsed and Development Awards through the Institute of Leadership
and Management.
