We offer an ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Advanced Programme in Self-Evaluation Practice – this is for those who wish to progress beyond stand-alone training sessions.  Programme participants are required to participate on the following three modules:

• Introducing Self-Evaluation
• Methods and Tools for Self-Evaluation
• Analysing and Reporting

A fourth module may be selected from the following options:

• Introducing Outcomes
• Social Capital Outcomes
• Getting the Most from External Evaluation

In addition, participants are supported through group work and one-to-one sessions to carry out a number of exercises which lead to the completion of a small scale self-evaluation project relevant to their work.
