We provide training in evaluation and quality which is for staff, managers and volunteers in voluntary and community organisations, as well as statutory service providers. Our service is also used by funders, to help them provide support in evaluation to their funded groups. As we are rooted in the sector, we understand the challenges facing organisations. Our training reflects the themes and issues relevant today and we work to ensure that it meets the sector’s particular needs.

Our training helps participants to:

• Get to grips with evaluation, incorporate it into everyday work and use it to learn about the difference they are making
• Clarify outcomes, gather evidence and measure success
• Understand quality approaches within the context of the voluntary and community sector
• Implement PQASSO quality system within organisations
• Strengthen and improve their project or organisation

Our staff have extensive experience and expertise in designing and delivering training in evaluation and quality and include licensed PQASSO trainers and mentors.
